unable to install the adove flash player in my system window Xp.

Any one help me please, i am unable to install adobe flash player, many times i have downloaded the software, and run this software. It gets start for initializing and this retrieving install complet 100% . When appearing instillation of adobe flash player 11 ti complete only 12% installation and gives message " download timeout " "finish". Any one suggest me what to do?
