I have an Hp iPaq h2200 running PPC 2003, WM2003, WinCE 4.20, whatever is called. I downloaded this and it installed fine. When I ran it, it said it was incompatible with my operating system. I guess I need to face the fact that my iPaq was never meant for youtube videos
